Dear sir,

My account number [protected]. I already requested for cheque book at date 31-08-18 as onilne through sc appliction. But still i m not received cheque book at my address or not cheeque book in bank.

Today i also apply onilne agian for cheque book. I will want to urgently cheque book because already 14 day past their activity.

So i request you to do needfull urgently.
