[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — complaint against wrong traffic charge...
In my monthly statement of scb platinum cc ending with..2636, a trfd to[protected] has been charged to rs.999/- without any reason...
Scb had delivered a manhattan cc to my address without my consent about a month past... And after my request they have confirmed cancellation of the credit card on 22nd july, 2019...
I fail to understand why they have charged of trfd for rs.999/- in other card (Ending..2636) when they have said to destroy the manhattan cc and has not been used...
Please arrange to send me a revised statement deleting trfd amount of rs.999/- without any penalty for deley in payment..
