Standard Chartered Bank — compliant for suspension of account | |||
I have salary account with Standard Charterd bank with home branch sector 18 Noida brahmdutt tower. I received an email to submit my KYC documents on 17th Nov 2017 from Mohd Shahanawaz with the last date as 21st Nov 2017 which was later extended to 30th Nov. I spoke in the Customer care on & submitted my KYC documents through an email on 20th Nov 2017. They did not check my email and despite of my submission my account got suspended completely where I am not been able to withdraw, transfer my money. I have been following up since then and visited bank as well but to no use. Every time I get a response that the account will be reactivated within 2 days which did not happen for past 1 week. I am out of cash now with dues n EMI to pay and still got stuck with Standard Chartered to get my account reactivated. Would really need help to get my account reactivated.
