I had a credit card from Standard Chartered Bank Credit Cards which had been taken over by you with a reference number[protected]. I came to know about this while I approached a bank for some loan. I was informed of having one account as WRITTEN OFF, but on generating a CIBIL Report from CIBIL Site I could know that your institution name is appearing and understood that your institution has taken over the outstanding of Standard Chartered Bank. Issued debit card with 5 percent cash back but it did not came, I contacted bank customer care no one helped, very disappointed.
