I received a call on 21st August 2021 from the Bank executive regarding the update on the 1st Complaint raised against my card status shown written off Bank had resolved the issue and emailed "Our records indicate that your card ending 4809 and 9427 has been permanently invalidated with effect from 10th July 2019. On date there is no outstanding due payable at your end towards your card." With this The executive also informed me that I had paid an access amount to my credit card of Rs.14907 which they will refund to me by NEFT so I just need fo email a CANCELLED Cheque via email which was sent by me on 24th August 2012 today I received an msg and email that the request cannot be processed why.
