Standard Chartered Bank — Credit card rewards not received and customer care call connecting take minimum 30 minutes

I recieved a standard chartered credit card in first week of march and i had my first transaction for fuel and same amount cashback i should have been recieved, but till date nothing recieved by me in my standard chartered credit card statement. And when i contact to stantard chaartered customer care then sc did not transfer my call to any representative even for the same matter. It is very bad behievour and service from standard chartered.
