I am writing this complaint against standard chartered bank

I had been using the credit card of this bank from the year 1997 to 2004.
I was satisfied with the service from 1997 to 2004 but in 2004
a statement that said that there was cash withdrawn from Tamil Nadu from my credit card which I had not withdrawn because
I have never visited the state, then how come was there a withdrawn. this was the event which lead to the dispute.
I had faxed a letter to standard chartered about the event mentioned above, but there was no action taken.
therefore I stopped using the credit card, after a few months i started receiving abusive calls from standard chartered
asking for the payment of the due amount which i had not even used. They consistently used to call me and also
had started visiting my house and threatening my family when i was not present in my house. then I went out of the town to my native place.
My father was unaware of this situation and they threatened my father for full settlement and my father felt threatened and settled the due amount when i was not present.

After the settlement I took car loan from icici bank in 2008 which I completed in 2013. since 2013 I was not in a need of a loan but recently I applied for a car loan
and I was told that my name was in the default list because I had not settled the credit card amount of standard chartered bank and now they are therefore my loan was rejected. so please help me to get out of this situation and please do the needful.
