[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Credit card unauthorized payment to us hotel but bank not accepting | |||||
Dear Bank Lokpal, On 7th Feb 2017 (07/02/2017) there is a unauthorized transaction performed on my account Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card for which i didn, t get an OTP and Also the limit is increased which is not possible and was paid in dollars. I neither have a passport neither i went to US. Name: Anil Sharma Transaction - CCI*[protected]@GETAROOM[protected] US Amount - 39647.76 Card- **** **** **** *461 New Card- **** **** **** *333 I have registered complain against it. I got a refund and i got a message from customer care that it will take 45 days to solve the issue and we will let you the stages of inquiry on my complain. But after 45 days in my account they started showing unpaid amount as 40222.76. When i called the customer care they told me they have done some inquiry which i didn't know. The transaction is bared by me. There is some hacking and hacking on Credit card going on to which Standard Chartered Bank are not accepting and fooling the customers. And they are telling me that merchants can automatically debit the amount without OTP. I haven't done the transaction neither i was known about it and also my card is not a VISA Card for international Payments Please solve the issue as they are harassing me a lot.
