Afterr logging this complaint[protected] on 14/10/2021, it has taken you over a month to respond again asking for the same Document which I have already mailed to SCB!!!
To reiterate:
1) Through SMS on 12th.September SCB for reasons best known to them declined my transaction at CCI Hotel for Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dubai for $ 640.71 for booking of the Hotel in October & blocked my Card (I have sent these SMS screenshots)
2) Because SCB declined, I booked the room through my Amex Card & paid at the Crowne Plaza in October when I checked out ( I sent the screenshot of the SMS) & also enclosied the Card Statement of Amex too (payment of Dhs.1896.12 to Hotel Crowne Plaza)
I cannot understand (a) SCB declined my transaction, so I paid from another card, so why are they charging me? If they had not declined & blocked my card I had no reason to use my other card!!
(b) Why are they taking so long to resolve the issue ( nearly6 months now) & not reversing this transaction, not only that, but they are charging me interest for delayed payment, for something which is their fault!!!. Was this information helpful? |
