I have received the above mail from Sahay Finlease after thousands of phone call and filthy language. on 23.01.2014 even Sri Parmar has abused my daughter too with very much dirty and filthy language. Please note that no amount is payable to Standard Chartered Bank against any Credit Card. I am Nirmal Roy and not NIRMAL KUMAR ROY. My father name is quite different from what Sri Pankaj Parmar of Sahay Finlease is telling since 08.01.2014. He has sent an Intimation of Standard Chartered Bank. How Standard Chartered Bank Can employ to harass a person who is not at all associated with the issue. I claaim a compensation of Rs.15 lac from Standard Chartered Bank for such harassment for a prolonged time with life threat. Below is the text of the intimation sent by Sahay Finlease in favour of Standard Chartered Bank. Ltd. Pursuant to the said Deed of Assignment, the outstanding dues along with such other charges as are contractually liable to be paid by you towards this credit card should be paid to Shaha Finlease Pvt. Ltd. and/or its authorized officers/agents directly after 26th Mar 2010 Therefore, please note that we are forwarding to Shaha Finlease Pvt. Ltd., the cheques/post dated cheques/ECS Instructions, if any, duly endorsed by us for presentation for encashment on their respective due dates.
