Standard Chartered Bank — mental harassment from standard chartered bank for credit card payment where no intimation related to payment shared on sms or email

I am holding credit card of standard charted bank from last 3 years.
From last six months i have observed that they are not sending me card statement or sms for payment due details.
Then once due date is over i get a call from scb for due payment which i immediately pays whatever minimum amount is communicated with me.
I have called their call center to check on sms and email service where i come to know they have stopped all services.
I requested them to start those and they have agreed to start intimation services but till date it is not started.
