Respected mr./ms, It is stated that, i am the victim of miscommunication by the rep of standard chartered, abdalli road, multan branch. I was communicated that if this taqafful is availed, after 5 years installments (Each year 56, 000 pk rs) this policy will be mature and i will be able to get almost 0.5 million in return. My id card no is[protected]. Now i was needing to withdraw the policy, suddenly i came to know that you are having only 221, 000 pk rs cash value.
