Standard Chartered Bank — monthly rent being deducted since credit card is already closed

I had a Credit Card a long while ago, which had been closed 10 years back(Can't remember the exact date). Unfortunately, I have noticed that every month Rs.150 being deducted though the credit card is already disclosed! Kindly assist and help in providing the exact details and current status why Rs.150 being due every month? My credit card number is [protected] Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Yesterday 3 transactions were done from my standard Chartered debit card showing me purchase wish San Franciscous, my debit card was with me and no otp came to me nor i shared my credentials with anyone.
More than 40k has been deducted from my account.
Can you please help me.
