Standard Chartered Bank — need to close a credit card account

Actual case history:

As per the telephonic discussion with your customer care, i did close both the account on 2009. Standard chartered executive collected both the card from rajarhat, kolkata. Since then i never used these accounts or cards. To my surprise, when i checked the cibil report from poisapazar.com, i came to know that rs 5551 and rs32776 are due on the closed accounts.

Affecting my cibil:

Furthermore, it is not only reducing my credibility but also reducing my cibil score. The current status shows as written off (I am not familiar with banking terms, i felt it is closed.
Requests:

Request-2: please remove the wrong amounts which are updated against my account (Till 2017) and help me to close these accounts in the correct way.
Request-3: please provide me the noc for the account and update the cibil score so that my records can be cleaned.
