I have taken personal loan from standard chartered and it has been 2 years and I am still waiting for online tracking detail. Even I approached bank branch MG Road, Bangalore today for the statement and they did give. Please help me here. Oct 6, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I got call from concern person and it was not possible to provide any online tool to track the personal loan. Need to reach branch and get the statement on the request only.
