Standard Chartered Bank — Not Resolving Issues On Time & Charged Unnecessary Charges

I settled my account with them 2 years back & now i want NDC so i want to pay the balance amount. when i called them they raised the issue of due payment which is charged on my not availed service.
Thr customer care said we will resolve the issue in 2-3 days. after 2 weeks also i aim not getting any call or feedback from them.

THEY r really BAD.
