Standard Chartered Bank — personal loan extra charges | |||
I have taken personal loan from standard chartered bank earlier. After completing 1 year again they given topup loan. Earlier it was an ecs deduction from my account. Topup loan they have not done the ecs. The topup loan was started on march 2017. The bank people called and asked me that your ecs not happened so please pay manually. I paid first month manually. So second month also they called and asked pay manually, i paid. Like that every month i am paying manually. I thought the problem with standard chartered bank because first loan automatically they had taken care with ecs. I thought topup also they will take care. But recently i created logins with online and check the statement and i was shocked after seeing the charges. Every month 2 time bounce charges are there. Actually ecs not happened why bounce charges. Every month two times bounce charges are there and late payment charges. Now there is no ecs so how they put bounce charges. Bounce means if ecs is there and no amount in the bank, then bounce charges should be there and only monthly once. I asked the customer care there is not proper reply and i visited koramangala branch office there is not proper reply. If ecs is not happened and they have to call me and inform the rules and charges. But nobody called from bank side simply they made charges in my account. There is customer care they have to inform if any issues or any charges. But i did not get any call from sc bank. The bank want to cheat customers so they have not informed the issues and charges and silently kept in the account statement. How i solve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

tring to write to their cusomer care but no body responds .which is impacting my cibil
