[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Response on ATM fraud | |||
Reference to complaint number - [protected] I have ATM card of standard chartered bank. I have registered my complaint on 23-Aug-2015 regarding unauthorized withdrawal of Rs 10, 000 from ICICI bank ATM machine from my account. I have not punched 10, 000 or shared my card or other details with anyone. I got response from bank that they will take maximum 7 days to resolve issue. After that i got response from bank after 2-3 days that i should have to register FIR and it will take around 45 days to resolve issue.I gone to police station but police is not lodging any complaint and saying they are not liable for this. I informed bank about case through email but i did not get any response from bank. I think standard chartered bank is very unresponsive & careless about their clients problem. I am requesting bank officials to kindly do something. Amount of Rs 10000 is not small for me. I am expecting response of bank ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
