Standard Chartered Bank — rude behaviour from customer care representative & not providing complete information | |||
This is in regards to my personal loan account with standard chartered bank, In the year 2017 i opted for personal of Rs 10 lakh from standard chartered & 5th of every month i am supposed to make emi payment. however in June month (2109), the emi amount was not deducted from my bank account & neither i have received any intimation call or message from the bank end. Now after 15 days, i have started getting harassing calls from third party collection agency whereas they are neither ready to send the online payment link to make the payment, nor sending an email about the conversation. i have checked my bank statement & basis on that there are no bounce cheque charges leveied to my account, This is sheer harasment & forcing customer to additional charges & exclude the name from the offer of last emi waiver (as per my plan).
