[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — worst customer care executives and support | |||||
Standard Charted Bank customer care service is very bad. I don't think the people who are there may not know about all rules of credit cards. When i call to customer care, first talk with customer care executive is not a easy process you will go through with so many parameters and also repeat same whenever again call. Second, anyhow when i reached to executive, he put my call on hold for simple question and when he back to call than simply says its not possible from my end call to their merchant. I am not a leman in terms o[censored]sing credit cards. I have SBI card since 2011 but i never stuck at any point. But in Standard charted card i have completely dissatisfy from it. I will never recommend to any friend. Never use Standard charted services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
