As i mentioned in my earlier complaint i applied for a job in quikr. One person named Yashi desai watsapped me and told that there is a form filling job fot that he asked my aadhar card and bio data and details. I sent him. Then he sent me username and password website name is form-cube. He said he wil give 1400 forms and out of that 1260 forms should be correct. Then only company wil pay around 22000 after deducting the registration charges of 7100 if i did not achieve accuracy then i have to pay the maintenance charges. I agreed and started the wrk. He senr me a cntract. I completed the forms but at the last moment i cant submit. 2 days later one scam in the name of fake advocate called me and said i did not achieve the accuracy level so i should pay 8510 orelse they wil take legal action. I got scared and paid that also. After 10 minutes another person called and said that the agreement is for 11 months so if i wish to cancel the agreement i need to ay 84000 in court orelse in 10 minutes he asked me to pay 25000. And he said if i wish to continue the agreement i need to pay 24000 wgich is refundable in 24 Hrs. In 20 minutes these fake people are making 10 calls. I decided its fake and not to pay any money. And finally they sent a message stating that they had filed a case in sec 73 & 74 and i wil recieve the notice in 48 hrs with acknowledgement receipt. Tgen next day i am getting a mail from another fake advocate stating that if i dont pay the agreement cancellation charges then i should come to the court with legal penalty charges. These fake people are really irritating. Pls help me to resolve this issue.
