Star Bazaar — wrong bill charged

Please note the bill details against my purchase done today at star bazaar, miraroad, thane.

I purchased 17 items plus 1 carry bag. Where as bill shows 20 items.in which udad daal is billed twice rs. 128.02+128.02. There is some other item "stmc1al t0001na ct z hank. Wht/col. Free costing rs. 198 which i have not purchased nor it is in my grocery. So i'm wrongly been billed extra rs 326.02.

I never cross check my bill and items purchased. Somehow today i thought there is some mistake done and i calculated.

It means this might have happened many times earlier also. As i'm a star bazaar customer since 6 years. Never expected such mistake and how trust breaks.

How do i get this refund now. I need a quick acknowledgement and resolution against this.
