Star bazar knowingly or unknowingly is duping consumers.
Below is the mail of my experience and they have not responded till now.

1. After the bill is made i made the payment.
2. After the payment is made i get to see what is charged to me for individual items.
3. I observe the discrepancy for one item (Toor daal) and notify the cashier. (I would have been duped if i would not have checked).
4. I am advised to go to customer care who would handle this (I over hear that this is known issue for the item).
5. At the customer care there were 2 members and until 30 min there were 4 members and after 30 min i am being asked what price is shown at the shelf.
6. I thought if there is known issue and folks are into this day in and day out why would they ask the customer?
7. Then as though they are doing favor go to see the price tag.
8. When i try to call the customer care number they assure that the problem will be resolved in next 5 min (After wasting30 min for no fault of mine).
9. Why this low level service. Moreover of customer is not vigilant you will keep on duping the customers?
At the end of the day, i walked out without the toor daal. And surprisingly no correction on the bill and i was let out just like that.
I think from tata organization point and otherwise also this is serious concern and would like ot bring this to notice and also expect immediate correction.
Certainly i will have to bring this concern to other fellow customers who shop at start bazar how they will get duped if they are not vigilant by going to social media and consumer forums.

While i could dump the product for which they charged me wrongly due to incorrect system price, others who might not have noticed how will they compensated and how is star bazar going to ensure this will be fixed at system level.
