The product was delivered on 24th November, 2014 and is defective including the free gift provided alongwith it. Advise of the manufacturer was followed still the product is not working. I don't want the product please take it away and refund my money. I am fed up of making nearly 5 to 6 calls everyday since 26th November, 2014 and registering my complaint & your executives raising a complaint.I have till date not received any call from star cj to resolve my issue. I have ordered Trends lady Shaver order No.[protected] dated 01.12.14 and have received a packet on 8.12.14.The product is defective including the free gift provided alongwith it. I don't want the product please take it away and refund my money.
they ( customer care ) give another number and told me contact this number ... seald is broken already trimmer packet, both items are not working. i already pay and got damage products. i am not intrested in this type of deal...
So please replace my product within 2 days ( on friday ) otherwise i don't want this product and refund my money...i'm not contact anywhere ...its yours product .
