Star Cj — requested for a duplicate bill
I have purchased a lite vaccum cleaner and a magic mop. My vaccum cleaner got spoilt 5 months back and my bill got misplaced. I made several requests to the customer care and every time they said we are emailing but so far I have not received it as the warranty period is still there. My magic mop lock and lock rod got spoilt and a called was made to the servicing centre they have noted my email address but didnot send the cheque details. Kindly look into this matter as quick as possible for which act I would be grateful. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
