I paid for 3 months up front for driver Salary.
I hired the first driver interviewed, however at the end of the first month they didnt pay him his salary, so he left.
Its been over a month since they have not given me a replacement.
There were some and the drivers who called for interview when talking to them I realized most of them didn't know Star Group, I asked how they came to know of my requirement they said someone had called and given my number regarding a job opening, (some of these had put up resumes on Baba Jobs) these were random people, lorry driver, just got drivers license and so on...
I brought it to Star Groups notice, they said they dont know about these people. But In any case No driver replacement has been provided, I was told the salary I am paying is too low to find a driver, or I am too fussy and so on.
So I asked them to refund the money, as the payment is as per their website and contract.
No response to email. Also they are not picking up their phones.
