when asked to your Branch Manager Mr Rajiv Shukla, he say customer give money to that agent.
But when i say do you know the customer. then he say no but the agent knows. Even the agent dont know about this customer. Because this customer is my real brother.
so i cant tolerate this stupid activity and this is not acceptable.
I need quick action on this stupid work. i am stranged with this that your employee do such a wrong thing for the sake of some money. i am unable to understand how your employee do this type of thing for the sake of 1000 rs.
If this is the culture of your company then I don't want to work the same.
I give you seven day to take action on the same and refund my commision otherwise I will take legal action with the same .
I am attaching the policy of both years . check the same and revert soon.
