Star Health And Allied Insurance — Rejection of Health Insurance for NON Genuine Reason | |||
This is Randhir Kumar, Husband of Patient Rekha Kumari, Star Health Cust ID :[protected] and Claim No : CIR/2022/231114/2611263. As per Doctors advice Patient was admitted to the Hospital with SpO2 91% and HRCT THORAX 8/25 on 10th May 2021. Then After It was found that Patient was suffering from COVID Pneumonia. After 11 Days of treatment patient was discharge from the hospital with SpO2 97% and HRCT THORAX 15/25 on 21st may 2021 The Doctor who was treating the patient had confirmed that it was a seroius case and needs to be admitted as soon as possible. Therefore as the Doctor recommend we did the same. But Star Health insurance company rejected our claim. Every detail was found true and correct. Still they didn't approve the claim.
