Dear sir/mam I’m 10 years police holder in star health insurance. For my stomach pain addmited in apollo spectra mrc nagar chennai. Before admitting i’m cleared to start health insurance in pondicherry about this surgery from my doctor side with return letter after this they have given pre approval 75000. I have admitted in hospital date: 12/12/18 & surgery done by on 13 th. They have discharge me by my doctor on 17th afternoon. After that i gone for insurance billing. Totall amount 282391. Starhealth approval 120484 only for the remaining amount for star health insurance. They leaved me center of the road to collect the balance amount. I’m in apollo spectra hospital room arrested.
