My friend had a heart problem and admitted to star hospital, ahmedabad. Patient had a cashless medical insurance. Patient had cashless insurance and hospital took rs. 50000 payment from the relative of patient. Now hospital got all money from insurance company whichever they claimed. We paid 50000 on top of insurance claim which should be refunded. Now they said that they will transfer in patient's account in 2 days and it is been 3 days and when we call they excuse anything.
