Star Raison Landmarks — unethical possession formalities and delay in possession

I have booked apartment in feb 2018 in essentia, bhiwadi with the developer and made 100% payment within 60 days of booking. After receiving payment, developer didn't show any interest in readiness of flat and completion of open points in the flat. The developer has asked initiating the registration formalities and said that balance works in flat will be taken up in parallel. The developer has presented lot of documents (Some attached herewith) for signature on the name of registration formalities which included possession letter, affidavits, consent letter, physical inspection report of flat etc. The developer has asked to sign consent on changes in layout / plans, changes in no. O[censored]nits in flat, no objection in taking possession for completion of common facilities, no claim against in completion of facilities etc. Some details (E. G. Possession date) are not filled in those documents and kept open for filling by developer. The developer is following illegal practices by demanding signing of such documents.
I had kept lot of follow-ups from developer for completion of flat but the developer was non-responsive. Also, the developer has asked for advance maintenance charges for one year before initiating the registration formalities which is not justifiable as flat has not yet been handed over and maintenance charges are only applicable afterwards.
The developer has not started registration formalities and there is huge delay in possession as whole payment was made in april 2018 already.
