Star Solution — i have paid 8500rs to extend the date of submission but they haven't done it. so i want my money to be refunded

I had joined star solution for online form filling. I could not complete the work they said on time but i have paid extension charge and also registration fee of 8500rs. Now they still have blocked my id and they are saying they have filed a case section 73, 74, 75. Please make me free from these and make my money return soon, money is very essential
