Starbazzar — Overcharging and looting the customers bad experience

Hi this is chitikela.praveen i have gone to Star Bazzar at Koramangala at Bengaluru on Feb 17th 2017.

It was thursday and the shop was very quite with hardly few customers at evening.
I had asked one of the staff regarding the price of single KIWI piece is was shocked to hear from the staff as : 7 Rs, later i was sure that it would be more
so i had asked to the other staff who is at the counter, he is least bothered to check for th customer he was just simply saying it would be : 30 Rs.
I really do not understand how can the staff who is serving the customers at the counter is least bothered to check and confirm to the customer.
I had purchased only 3 items from the shop but i have been charged for the 4 items so i had payed the money for the 4 items.
Then i had realised that he had charged we twice for the same product this is really bad on the Star Bazzar how can the staff charge for the 4 products when
i had purchased 3 ?
It's not even crowded nor it's not even a weekend where you can expect to be a mistake.
And least it was just 3 items that needs to be billed, if you can imagine what would be the way when it's on weekend or to the customers with more items.
This is the way Star Bazzar is looting the customers in this way.
I was shocked to see that the manager is on week off and there is some other manager from floor at the customer desk he is least bothered to convince the
customers he would just say i am sorry.
And other thing i have observed from the manager saying he would cut the money from the staff who had said the price of the KIWI as 7 Rs.
Is this the way the manager will be doing as deducting from the staff ?
I said i do not want it to be deducted from the staff hard earned money.

Manager says the staff are still on training.

Finally overall bad experience with the Star Bazzar it took around 1 and 1/2hrs and finally they have done the mistake.
Kindly take some action, request higher officials to contact.
This is really a bad experience and worst image on Star Bazzar.
Kindly take action on this.
