[Resolved] StashFin — Regarding Loan EMI | |||
I have taken a loan from Stashfin and almost 16 EMI has been debited automatically. Since 2 months they are telling that there is some issues from my bank end and unable to debit the amount. They are asking to pay it manually for current month and the issue will be fixed. However the issue is still not addressed and there is no customer care number and also the grievance redressal officer number is invalid and nobody is helpful to me since 2 months. They send threatening message that the Cibil will be reported. Please guide me what step has to be taken. They even don't have regional office in Bangalore and they are not even responding to my emails Was this information helpful? | |||
