State Bank Of Hyderabad — account still not active it is more than a month

I opened a account 8n sbi humayunagar mehdipatnam branch and deposited cheque its almost a month the amount got debited from payee account but it still not credited in my accounts i m getting a call from another sbi check department and they are saying my account is STILL NOT ACTIVE THEY ARE UNABLE TO CREDIT whether it will be take more than a 1 month ???
