This is Mabbu Praveen Kumar, Account No.[protected], SBH, Janagoan Branch.
i have been applied for my Final PF settlement on 23.05.2017 .on that settlement the Form 10-C with got approved on 26.05.2017 with amount of Rs.8017/- vide NEFT cheque no.745100 dated 26.05.2017and Form 19 has got approved on 01.06.2017 with amount of Rs.17570/-.vide NEFT cheque no.783473 dated 01.06.2017 .But till now I didn't received the amount on My Account with Account No.[protected], SBH, janagaon branch with IFSC Code-SBHY0021371. I have been raised the Grievance .I have got the reply stating that "In response to the instant grievance, it is to inform that the concerned member is requested to contact with his banker where his S/B. A/c. is maintained. In this context, it is further to inform that the said amounts have not returned at this end. This is for your kind information."
Based on the above Reply i went to My home branch .There the bank staff have been saying that No Cheque/Amount to credit has been pending with my account no.
Sir, Please kindly do needful to get my PF amount as i'm in need of Hospitality. Was this information helpful? |
