I purchased a product from ecommerce website, later i returned the product bcz it is defective. The website initiated a refund and i did not receive the amount.

The e commerce website is telling ask the customer care by quoting this ref no where as bank customer care executives are not trying to solve the problem. Please help me out
The was supposed to be refunded for my sbh account

On 03/10/2016 at about 06.00PM I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs1000/- from my account bearing No.[protected] from PNB's ATM located at KESURA ROAD Bhubaneswar.The slip showed that Transaction was declined.But on viewing the Account statement through INB I saw that a sum of Rs1000/- was debited.Kindly take steps to reverse the amount.
