I am trying to update registered my mobile no for 1 years. I am already have internet banking facility. But not login because my old mobile no. Is missing. I went to bank for many times. But the bank officials could not register my mobile no in core (Which is required if you wish to do net banking). I have also updated kyc. But problem still persists. What is the solution of this?. Now that mobile no is not with me. I changed my mobile no but he is unable to changed my mobile no in core systems. I also asked them to open a new account, but the branch officials said that the new account will also have the same problem as the cif file will be the same for both the accounts.
