State Bank of India — Refund initiated by amazon but not received in my bank account

I order my products on 2march 2021 and the price of products Rs130 and 398.my order no. is[protected] and my product picked up march 6 and other march 9 and both product refund initiated by amazon on same picked up date but not recieve my bank account.this is the reference no.74332741066106547458835 .I'm indian bank customer and [protected] this is my contact no.
