Dear sir My name is deepak mishra and i have an account in sbi but my account is mini account and i want to change this in general account becuase in mini account i can't access my net banking and i could not transfer my account one place to another place. For this reason i tried many times to contact to branch but they all are banks employee don't gave me any answer. I call to customer care to take bank any contact no but they provide me wrong contact no. So sir i kindly request to you that if possible then please solve my problem or provide me any mobile no of my branch.
