State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount debited from my account but didn't transferred | |||
I send to money to someone from google pay via transaction id cicagkcizknvvq on dated[protected], software show message payment attempt failed but amount of rs. 501 deducted from my account. Software also show a message amount deducted will be refund in 3-5 business days but amount not refund yet. I tried many times on custmor care to know about this payment but no one pick my phone. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 18, 2018 Updated by Lokesh Kumar Tungaria Sir, Earlier I have complaint regarding refund of amount deducted from my account but not sent to other party by Google pay. It is almost 20 days and still i am waiting for my money. 4 days earlier software shows refund may take up to 3 working days to be reflected in your account. Again i would like to inform you that still i did not receive my amount therefore you are requested to refund amount in my account as soon as possible.
