State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount deducted for sbi personal accidental insurance

Sir, I am an ex-serviceman having echs card, now I want to convert my 64 GB Card, payment option is not working because Medical allowance where I am receiving.
I am requesting that you may please stop the medical allowance with immediate effect.

Amount of rs 500 was deducted by sbi gen pai. I don't know what changed suddenly and i never selected for personal accidental insurance but they still deducted my money. I need my money back and don't want any pai. Toll free number and branch is not doing anything

That also without any concern.I just check my balance and it showed 500rs less...this 500rs was deducted without my confirmation also no mesaage was received by me regarding this I got know from my account statement. In the situation of this COVID-19 pademic 500rs matters a lot for a middle class man like me.I need my money back and dnt want any pai.
