State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount deducted from my sbi bank account number [protected] but not refunded back

Sir i did two upi transactions of rs. 2000 each on 20th january 2019 at 8:57pm and amount was deducted from my account despite transaction failure but the same amount has not been refunded back to my account number even after 10 days
Below are the screenshot of my upi transactions of the amount deduction. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible so that i can avail the benifits as provided by your bank hassle free.
