State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amount deducted towards passport but not reflecting in system not returned. | |||||
I had applied for the renewal of the passport and made the online payment for the same. The amount was deducted from the account but did not reflect in the passport website. As advised on the website, i waited for 7 days checked that the amount was not reflecting against the application nor was it returned to my account & then send a mail to customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in. All i got was an auto reply with the same details on the webpage. The number provided does not work. Below are the details of the transaction.
