State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amount hold by sbi service branch

My name is m sunil choyal and i had given cheque to eknath rao of ₹27, 750/-... They didn't debit the amount but they hold my amount ₹27, 750/- without any reason and i got message this :- :-
Hold for inr 27, 750.00 created in your ac xxxxx841218 on 21/06/17. Download [protected]@

And showing my a/c amount is zero (0) and amount is there ₹28101/-...
And problem still not solved.. Worst service by sbi service branch (Sbin0020577) abids hyderabad.
