Respected sir/madam, this is inform you that i mr. Jay ram das customer of sbi branch had applied for the atm debit card on-03.10.2017. My account no.[protected] (Sbi muchipara) Branch code - 6145 applied on october and now i had not get the atm card. When i contact with customer care & muchipara branch they replied me that the card is returned. I had payed rs.-354. So kindly take necessary steps. And arrange my atm debit card.
