State Bank Of India [SBI] — atm machine issue for not dispatching cash

Hi team,

This complaint is registered on behalf of my dad.
He is an ex-servicemen.

We have registered a complaint with sbi bank, neyveli, but they have closed the case without proper answer.

The complaint is regarding the atm machine in vadalur area.

My father made a transaction of rs.16000, but the money did not come out and it was deducted from my account.

When booked a complaint on the to neyveli bank manager no one is helping out, they have closed the case.

My need is to just ask them to check the camera in the atm room.

Which will clearly show the results but no one is helping out.
