I had withdrawen 15000 from sbi atm, prtc, bangalore on 20/05/2017, but the machine did not dispense money and the amount was deducted from the account.
I have raised a complaint on sbi with complaint number-[protected].
It is still not solved.
I went to the bank as soon as the incident occured but the bank said you have raise an online complaint using the number. But now when i ask the branch office they are saying that wouldnt solve you have to give a written complaint.
No of days for the issue to be solved were 7 days, even after 8days its still not being solved.

The official sitting in the front seat of state bank of India kottangal kerala (branvh code: 70463) is not friendly person. .He niether knows the bank code nor does he helps the customer and is always rude to them . I have witnessed it personally and is also prey to his vulgarity . .
