State Bank Of India [SBI] — atm transaction declined but the amount debited | |
On 13th october 2018, i tried to withdraw rs700 from axis bank atm (17, vivekanda road, kolkata - 700006). The atm transaction was declined due to temporary server issue and it shown on the screen. But the amount of rs 700 got deducted from my account. But the weird part is that, in the statement the deduction txn date/value date shown as 14th oct 2018, where i tried the transaction on 13th oct 2018. Is it some kind of fraud? I am really worried!! I tried to call sbi customer care but it continuously saying all representatives are busy. Therefore i am writing here. Was this information helpful? | |
