State Bank Of India [SBI] — atm withdrawal for the account [protected]

Hi, i have withdrawn rs 6000 (Dt 09/01/2019) from the sbi saving pension account (Ac # [protected]). But the amount did not dispense from the atm machine and amount got debited from the account. I have given the written complaint to the bank and after one month said that, the amount got successfully dispensed to the customer. So how to take it forward to this complaint on this. Could you please resolve this issue and you can verify the cctv footage on this atm withdrawal also. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I made an E-Payment of Rs 700 to RTO Kanpur Nagar on 15 Feb 2019 for my Driving license Application, which was deducted from my account on the same day but was not received by RTO, hence the amount is also not refunded till date. I even received a transactional alert from SBI about the purchase being
done.
